
Savannah River Remediation (SRR) is a consortium of companies led by URS Corporation. It holds the Liquid Waste Operations contract at Savannah River Site in which it is tasked with the processing, removal and storage of nuclear waste. The site is a nuclear reservation built during the 1950s to refine nuclear materials for use in nuclear weapons. Nuclear waste that is being currently processed is from work done in the past. Flownex® is used for the simulation of the PVV system.
